Our Knowledge
Our ownership has over 60 years of combined experience in the development industry. From project management, engineering drawing review, and municipal subdivision inspection, we have a wide range of experience in the development process. Our past experience includes working with various clients and development committees including the Urban Development Institute (UDI), Municipal servicing standards committees, Canadian Concrete Committee, and the working group that established the environmental erosion and sedimentation control guidelines.
Our knowledge in the design and operation of storm and sanitary sewer systems provides the basis for the services we offer.
Our Experience
Since 2006 Clearwater Inspection Services Ltd. has completed over one million meters of CCTV inspection for our clients. Additionally, we have provided Flushing/Vacuum, and Hydo-Vac services on various job sites including residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Our environmental services has provided erosion and sedimentation control inspection, reporting, and installation in over 200 subdivision stages in 25 neighbourhoods in Edmonton and surrounding area. We also have installed and inspected erosion and sedimentation control measures on several highway projects in Alberta.
